Divisions
Insightrix is comprised five divisions that work together to provide our clients with the best customer service and product in our industry. We pride ourselves on delivering projects that are on time, insightful, and on budget.
The Data Services team members are dedicated to ensuring that the data collected for our clients is of the highest quality and integrity. This division conducts tasks such as purchasing sample, programming surveys and online reporting facilities, and coordinating data collection with our Interviewing Center. Once a project is completed, our clients or our internal researchers are provided a data file in the desired format of choice for further analysis.
The Research Services team consists of staff with industry credentials and extensive experience in questionnaire design, focus group moderation, and development and implementation of mystery shopping programs. Our research team works closely with our clients to determine the best methodology to be used to meet their research objectives.
The Research and Development team builds customized online reporting facilities for our clients. They also work on building customized panels (aka customer advisory panels). This team is integral to the ongoing development of our proprietary internal systems including the operation of the software used by our Interviewing team.
Our Interviewing Center has two geographic locations: one centre in Australia and two centres in Canada. A staff of over 125 interviewers collects data for our survey projects. Our interviews have the opportunity to talk with people from a variety of backgrounds and industries on a range of exciting topics. Our interviewers conduct outbound telephone based survey interviews for market research purposes using a state of art data collection tool.
The Business Development team oversees the sales process with our clients. They conduct demonstrations of our survey software, online reporting facilities, and our online qualititative tools. They also work closely with the Research and Data Service teams in responding to RFPs and preparing quotes.

In a new independent online poll conducted immediately following the televised provincial debate on Tuesday, October 25th, 60.0% of decided voters say they plan to vote for the Saskatchewan Party in the upcoming provincial election. One third (33.3%) of decided voters say they would cast their ballot for the provincial NDP and 2.8% would vote for the provincial Liberal Party. Another 3.0% would vote for the Green Party, and roughly equal proportions would either vote for another party (0.3%) or spoil their ballot (0.6%). These findings are very consistent with several past waves of independent polling conducted by Insightrix Research.
