Shawn Brandon

Team Leader

Shawn supervises call centre data collection.  He helps callers reach their performance goals through training, coaching and monitoring their progress.  He also takes an active role in quota management and resolving call centre issues.  Shawn has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan with a major in Marketing and also has experience in sales and communications.
